- • As an Account Manager at Vetcove, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our innovative solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing all client communications, from initial contact to ongoing support, and overseeing their overall experience with Vetcove. You will be instrumental in crafting detailed agendas for client meetings, diligently hosting these sessions, and meticulously tracking action items to ensure all commitments are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to client relationship management, focusing on building strong, lasting partnerships.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams within Vetcove, including product development, engineering, marketing, and onboarding. This collaboration is crucial for staying abreast of the latest business initiatives, product updates, and strategic developments. You will then translate this knowledge into clear, concise communications for your clients, ensuring they are fully informed and can leverage Vetcove's offerings to their maximum benefit. Your ability to act as a bridge between internal teams and external clients will be key to fostering mutual understanding and driving success.
- • You will take ownership of project management for critical client-related tasks. This includes overseeing catalog updates to ensure accuracy and relevance, coordinating marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement and product adoption, and fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests to provide clients with timely and relevant data. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results under deadlines will be essential for success in this dynamic environment.
- • A core responsibility will be to analyze the performance of client accounts, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. You will translate these findings into compelling presentations designed to deliver insightful performance updates and strategic optimization recommendations to key stakeholders. This analytical component of the role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to derive actionable insights from data, directly contributing to client growth and retention.
- • You will play a vital role in the client feedback loop, working closely with our product and engineering teams. This involves gathering, documenting, and relaying client feedback, identifying potential bugs or issues, and collaborating on their resolution. Your input will directly influence product development and improvements, ensuring Vetcove's offerings continue to meet and exceed client expectations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the onboarding and implementation teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for newly acquired clinics, setting them up for long-term success.
- • You will also be tasked with nurturing relationships with corporate clients, focusing on driving affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove Home Delivery (HD) platform. This involves understanding their unique needs and strategic objectives, and tailoring Vetcove's solutions to support their growth and operational efficiency. Your efforts in this area will be critical for expanding Vetcove's reach and impact within the veterinary community.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in account management.
- • Bachelor's Degree.
- • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
- • Excellent time and process management skills.
- • Experience in developing client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- • Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
- • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events.
- • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.
