  • • As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships within the US region. This position is ideal for a driven individual with approximately 5 years of experience in account management and client servicing, eager to take ownership of key accounts and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day interactions with your assigned portfolio of clients. This involves ensuring their utmost satisfaction with Ocrolus's services and guaranteeing the timely and effective delivery of our solutions. You will be the trusted advisor, the go-to person for all client needs.
  • • You will actively support senior account managers by contributing to the execution of comprehensive account plans. This includes identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative AI-powered data and analytics platform, thereby driving revenue growth and deepening client engagement.
  • • Serving as the primary point of contact, you will expertly handle all client inquiries, proactively address any issues that may arise, and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience. Your ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions will be critical.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves acting as a vital liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will coordinate effectively with Sales, Product, and Operations departments to ensure that client requirements are met with precision and efficiency, fostering strong internal collaboration.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking the performance of your accounts, preparing insightful reports, and sharing key findings and recommendations with both clients and internal leadership. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the value Ocrolus provides.
  • • Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of crucial client-facing documentation, including compelling proposals, persuasive presentations, and essential renewal agreements. Your contribution will be instrumental in securing long-term partnerships.
  • • Ocrolus's AI-powered platform is trusted at scale, processing nearly one million credit applications monthly across small business, mortgage, and consumer lending. By integrating cutting-edge AI models with a human-in-the-loop verification engine, we achieve over 99% data accuracy from financial documents. Our advanced fraud detection and comprehensive analytics empower clients with greater efficiency in risk management and expand access to credit, fostering a more inclusive financial system.
  • • You will be instrumental in communicating the value and impact of our platform to clients, ensuring they are leveraging Ocrolus to its full potential. This involves understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to help them achieve greater efficiency, better risk management, and expanded credit access.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
  • • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer success within a SaaS environment, specifically working with enterprise-level clients.
  • • Demonstrated success in driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals within client accounts.
  • • Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and understanding customer needs.
  • • Strong ability to effectively communicate client needs and requirements to internal cross-functional teams.
  • • Aptitude for influencing client management strategies and fostering strong client relationships.
  • • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • • Proficient in negotiation, active listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • • Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • • Familiarity with API-based work and B2B FinTech environments is highly advantageous.
  • • Prior experience using Salesforce for account management is a plus.
  • • Experience working within a hypergrowth startup company is beneficial.
