Revalize is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our cutting-edge PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software solutions.
- • In this exciting remote role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how Revalize's innovative software can empower them to streamline operations, enhance product development, and accelerate their time to market.
- • Your primary focus will be on the consultative selling of our comprehensive PLM and CPQ software. This involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to deeply understand their current processes, pain points, and strategic objectives. You will meticulously identify their specific requirements, translating complex technical features into tangible business benefits that resonate with their needs.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the proactive management and development of our existing customer base. This goes beyond transactional sales; you will be dedicated to nurturing these relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. By consistently demonstrating the value of our solutions and providing ongoing support, you will build strong, enduring partnerships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- • You will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions that directly address the identified customer needs. This includes preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the power and flexibility of our PLM and CPQ software in a way that is clear, engaging, and persuasive. You will be adept at navigating the complexities of the sales funnel and driving deals to successful completion.
- • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your existing client portfolio. By understanding the broader needs of our customers and the full scope of Revalize's offerings, you will strategically introduce additional products or enhanced features that provide further value and deepen their engagement with our ecosystem.
- • Meticulous record-keeping and data management are essential. You will be responsible for diligently maintaining and updating sales projects and customer data within our current CRM system. Furthermore, you will actively leverage other IT tools and resources to support your sales activities, enhance efficiency, and provide valuable insights into sales performance and customer engagement.
- • Effective pipeline management and forecasting are critical components of this role. You will continuously monitor and steer the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive identification of potential roadblocks or opportunities. This data-driven approach will enable you to optimize your sales strategies and achieve your targets.
