  • • Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of life-science and pharmaceutical clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and ensuring they extract maximum value from SciLeads’ market and sales-intelligence platform.
  • • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders—CMOs, VP Sales, Commercial Excellence Directors—translating usage data into clear ROI stories and expansion roadmaps that secure renewals and upsells.
  • • Translate complex scientific data sets into actionable insights: you’ll guide clients on how to identify emerging KOLs, map competitive pipelines, and prioritize high-value accounts using SciLeads’ proprietary analytics.
  • • Collaborate daily with cross-functional pods (Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Success Engineering) to surface customer feedback, shape roadmap priorities, and co-create new features that keep us ahead of the market.
  • • Build and maintain a 120-day success plan for every account, tracking adoption KPIs (log-ins, report downloads, CRM integrations) and intervening early when metrics slip—turning at-risk renewals into expansion opportunities.
  • • Deliver tailored enablement sessions for global sales teams ranging from 5 to 500 reps, teaching them how to leverage SciLeads intelligence to shorten deal cycles and increase win rates in therapeutic areas like oncology, neurology, and rare diseases.
  • • Own the renewal and expansion forecast for your book of business, maintaining >110% net revenue retention; negotiate multi-year contracts and pricing models that align with both customer value and company growth targets.
  • • Champion customer advocacy by securing case studies, webinar speakers, and reference calls that fuel SciLeads’ award-winning marketing engine and position you as a thought leader in life-science commercial intelligence.
  • • Stay ahead of industry trends—FDA approvals, M&A activity, clinical-trial readouts—so you can proactively advise clients on how market shifts impact their territory plans and account strategies.
  • • Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and our internal telemetry to build dashboards that give clients real-time visibility into their SciLeads ROI, while also feeding Product with usage insights that drive continuous innovation.
  • • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers and onboard new Account Executives, sharing best practices for remote stakeholder management, objection handling, and executive-level storytelling.
  • • Represent SciLeads at global conferences (BIO, JP Morgan Healthcare, DIA), hosting roundtables and networking with prospects to generate pipeline for our sales team and deepen your own industry expertise.
