- • As an Account Manager at Avero, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with hospitality industry clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Avero’s SaaS solutions and enabling them to focus on core operations.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full customer lifecycle within your territory, including onboarding, retention, upsell, and cross-sell activities; collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions; prepare and deliver sales presentations, sound bites, and testimonials; and execute on secondary sales opportunities while representing Avero professionally in all client interactions.
