  • • This role is uniquely designed to liberate you from the day-to-day intricacies of project management and technical execution. Instead, your focus will be laser-sharp on cultivating and deepening client satisfaction, fostering unwavering trust, and ensuring long-term client retention.
  • • You will act as the crucial bridge, translating the client's strategic business objectives into actionable insights for our internal delivery teams, and conversely, communicating the capabilities and progress of SmartBug Media back to the client in a clear and compelling manner.
  • • Your overarching mission is to ensure that every client feels profoundly valued, genuinely heard, and consistently prioritized in all interactions and engagements.
  • • You will own the "human" element of our client partnerships, acting as a high-level, dedicated advocate for the client's needs and aspirations within SmartBug Media.
  • • Simultaneously, you will be responsible for managing the commercial health and nurturing the long-term loyalty and growth of your assigned accounts externally.
  • • This involves understanding the client's business landscape, their industry challenges, and their evolving goals to proactively identify opportunities where SmartBug Media can deliver enhanced value and drive their success.
  • • You will be instrumental in setting and managing client expectations, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively addressing any potential roadblocks or concerns.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients, showcasing the impact of our work, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for continuous improvement and expansion.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and delivery specialists, to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from onboarding through to ongoing partnership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong track record of client retention and satisfaction.

  • • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding client business goals and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot), and revenue operations principles is highly desirable.
  • • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
