You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for nurturing strong, long-term relationships and ensuring their continued success with our AI-powered platform. This role is pivotal in our mission to transform how the world's most critical decisions are made in a multi-trillion dollar market, moving insurers away from outdated tools towards cutting-edge AI solutions.
- • Your core responsibility will be to expertly manage the renewal process for your assigned accounts. This involves proactive engagement with clients to ensure contracts are not only renewed but that the value proposition of hx is continuously reinforced, leading to strengthened partnerships and a commitment to ongoing collaboration. You will be expected to understand the intricacies of each client's business and demonstrate how our platform can continue to meet and exceed their evolving needs.
- • Beyond renewals, you will be a key driver of expansion opportunities. This means actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell avenues within your customer portfolio. You will explore how clients can leverage the hx platform across new teams, business lines, or by adopting additional products, thereby deepening their engagement and maximizing the value they derive from our solutions. This requires a keen understanding of our product suite and the ability to map these capabilities to specific customer challenges and opportunities.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work in close partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. This synergy ensures a coordinated approach to commercial discussions and a unified strategy for customer success. By aligning efforts, you will help position customers for sustained growth and ensure a seamless experience as they integrate and scale our AI-powered decision-making tools.
- • Building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within customer organizations is paramount. This includes fostering connections with individuals in underwriting, actuarial, operations, and technology. By understanding their unique perspectives and priorities, you can effectively advocate for hx and ensure our solutions are aligned with their strategic objectives.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire commercial lifecycle of your accounts. This encompasses accurate forecasting of renewal and expansion opportunities, skillful deal execution, and adept contract negotiations. Your ability to navigate these commercial aspects will directly impact revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to develop a profound understanding of your customers' priorities, their business challenges, and the broader industry trends impacting the insurance sector.
