- • As an Account Manager at Adyen, you will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels, playing a critical role in the growth and success of Adyen’s business while expanding its global brand.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with other Account Managers, manage customer ramp-up and growth with a focus on commercial growth and satisfaction, drive commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets, prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects across accounts, leverage internal support teams, and serve as a feedback loop for customers internally.
- • Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for industry leaders like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, fostering an environment where people are empowered to own their careers and solve complex technical challenges at scale through teamwork and innovation.
- • In this role, you will become an expert in the global payments landscape, develop strategic and commercial acumen, enhance your relationship and project management skills, and grow through Adyen’s AM Academy while contributing to mutual success for Adyen and its fast-growth, mid-sized merchant clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-5 years of full-time work experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management, consulting, or payments industry from a merchant side
- • Strong communication skills to organize and lead customer meetings in person, over the phone, or online
- • Natural networker and self-starter with the ability to engage others and build strong internal and external working relationships
- • Strong time management skills and a constant drive to work efficiently
- • Comfort with spreadsheet analysis and technical discussions about payments nuances
- • Willingness to undertake some domestic and international travel
