You will be the face of InsiderOne to these global giants, ensuring every renewal conversation ends in a larger commitment and every expansion conversation unlocks new business units or geographies.
  • • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating complex marketing-tech roadmaps into clear ROI stories that secure renewals worth up to seven figures and expansion deals that deepen platform adoption. Your decks will become the internal gold standard for storytelling, combining hard metrics with visionary narratives that make CFOs loosen purse strings.
  • • Map every account’s political landscape—marketing, IT, data, finance, and procurement—building multi-threaded relationships so that InsiderOne is viewed as a strategic growth partner rather than a vendor. You will know who signs, who influences, and who can kill a deal before it ever hits procurement, and you will nurture champions at every level.
  • • Proactively surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analysing usage data, campaign performance, and industry benchmarks; craft tailored proposals that increase ARR by 20–40 % within 12 months. You will turn raw dashboards into persuasive business cases that make additional budget appear where none existed.
  • • Negotiate enterprise-grade MSAs, DPAs, and order forms, balancing legal risk with commercial agility; partner with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to close contracts 30 % faster than industry average. Your redlines will be legendary for protecting margin while accelerating signature dates.
  • • Co-create success plans with Customer Success and Solution Consultants, ensuring every client achieves their first value within 90 days and measurable ROI within six months, driving NPS scores above 70. You will be the quarterback who keeps onboarding, support, and product teams sprinting in formation.
  • • Forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline with 95 % accuracy in Salesforce; present risk-mitigation and upside scenarios to Sales Leadership to secure necessary resources and executive air-cover. Your forecast calls will be the ones VPs cite when the board asks for predictability.
  • • Champion customer advocacy by producing case studies, joint webinars, and conference keynotes that generate 10Ă— pipeline influence and position InsiderOne as the undisputed category leader. Your customers will beg to speak on stage with you because you make them look like heroes.
  • • Stay ahead of martech trends—zero-party data, server-side tracking, AI-driven journey orchestration—and translate these into consultative insights that keep clients innovating and renewing. You will be the first call a CMO makes when they need to understand what’s next.
  • • Mentor junior Account Executives and CSMs, sharing battle-tested frameworks for objection handling, negotiation, and executive storytelling, thereby elevating the entire EMEA go-to-market engine. Your playbooks will become required reading for every new hire.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localise global campaigns for Turkish and regional nuances, ensuring messaging resonates with local consumer behaviours and regulatory landscapes. You will make global campaigns feel like they were born in Istanbul.
  • • Represent InsiderOne at industry events, roundtables, and customer advisory boards, amplifying our thought-leadership and gathering voice-of-customer feedback that feeds directly into the roadmap. Your stage presence will turn prospects into pipeline before the event ends.
  • • Contribute to our social-impact DNA by leading or volunteering in initiatives like SheCodes and AI Training for Teachers, turning our commercial success into community uplift across 30 countries. You will prove that hyper-growth companies can also be forces for good.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management with a proven record of closing and expanding seven-figure deals
  • • Native or bilingual proficiency in English plus fluency in Turkish; additional EMEA languages are a strong plus
  • • Demonstrated ability to build multi-threaded C-suite relationships across marketing, IT, data, and finance functions
  • • Expert-level command of Salesforce forecasting, MEDDPICC qualification, and value-based negotiation methodologies
