- • Serve as the primary relationship lead and trusted advisor for clients, acting as the central point of contact and the "face" of SmartBug Media.
- • Focus exclusively on client satisfaction, trust-building, and long-term retention, without involvement in project management or technical execution.
- • Act as the strategic bridge between client business goals and internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
- • Advocate for client needs internally, influencing team priorities and resource allocation to maximize client outcomes.
- • Drive client loyalty by consistently delivering value that makes clients look like heroes within their own organizations.
- • Monitor and manage the commercial health of assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, upselling, and renewal.
- • Build deep, lasting relationships with clients based on transparency, reliability, and a shared commitment to measurable growth.
- • Prioritize real, quantifiable business results over vanity metrics or superficial reporting in all client interactions.
- • Maintain a client-centric mindset, ensuring clients feel valued, heard, and prioritized at every stage of their partnership.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- • Proactively identify risks to client retention and implement strategies to mitigate them before they impact the relationship.
- • Represent SmartBug Media’s reputation as a top-tier HubSpot partner by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
- • Leverage deep knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem to provide strategic guidance that aligns with client objectives and industry best practices.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and account health metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- • Contribute to the development of client success frameworks and best practices based on firsthand experience and feedback.
- • Participate in regular client review meetings to assess progress, celebrate wins, and co-create next steps for continued growth.
- • Embody SmartBug Media’s remote-first culture by fostering strong, authentic connections with clients and colleagues without relying on in-person interaction.
- • Operate with autonomy and accountability, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and responsiveness.
