📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager at Adyen, you will manage relationships with innovative Belgian and international merchants across multiple industries and channels, contributing to the growth and success of the business while expanding the Adyen brand globally.
- • Day to day, you will onboard and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn; drive commercial discussions for joint accounts to meet strategic and financial targets; prioritize and manage short and long term projects across multiple accounts; collaborate with internal teams and other Account Managers; and provide impactful payments insights to help customers grow.
- • You will join a talented, driven, and multicultural team in Brussels and abroad, working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and challenging ideas as a team to win together.
- • In this role, you will become an expert in the global payments landscape, level up your skills through the AM Academy, and develop strategic, commercial, and relationship management expertise while helping some of the world’s biggest brands achieve their ambitions faster.
🎯 Requirements
- • Work experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management, consulting, or payments industry from a merchant side
- • Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
- • Based in Brussels with willingness for hybrid work and some domestic and international travel
