  • • As an Account Manager at Deliverect NV, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key clients in the food and retail industries. Your work will directly contribute to helping businesses streamline their operations and scale their delivery and sales capabilities through Deliverect’s API-first platform.
  • • Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conducting regular business reviews, and collaborating with internal teams (including Product, Support, and Sales) to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and feature adoption. You will also monitor account health, prepare performance reports, and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • • Deliverect is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Ghent, Flemish Region, dedicated to transforming commerce through integrated digital solutions. The company serves restaurants, retailers, and delivery platforms globally, enabling them to manage orders across multiple channels efficiently.   • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS account management, B2B relationship building, and the food tech/retail tech landscape. You’ll sharpen your strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to measurable outcomes in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction—positioning yourself for growth into senior account leadership or commercial strategy roles.

  • • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven account planning
