- • As an Emerging Account Executive - EMEA at Drata, you will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the EMEA region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping organizations earn and maintain trust through automated compliance and security solutions.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prospect mission-aligned leads, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consult with senior executives to uncover business needs, educate prospects through an accelerated buying process, and consistently exceed revenue targets by closing new business while providing feedback to improve product offerings based on customer insights.
- • You will join a high-velocity, mission-driven team of 600+ employees worldwide at Drata, a fast-growing SaaS company recognized on Fortune’s Best Workplaces lists, where the culture emphasizes ownership, speed, integrity, and customer obsession, empowering you to operate as an owner-operator with autonomy and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS sales cycles and regional market dynamics, accelerate your career through rapid feedback and ownership, and position yourself for long-term growth in a hyper-growth environment that values continuous learning and entrepreneurial initiative.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role or equivalent experience
- • 2 years in a closing new business capacity preferred
- • Self-starter who brings ideas to life, takes pride in results, and is resourceful in overcoming obstacles
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and talented communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read and respond to customer cues
- • Mission-driven mindset focused on using talents to make a positive impact
