  • • As a Commercial Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive DeepL's market leadership by expanding its footprint in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through new business acquisition and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and pipeline building to closing deals—while acting as a trusted advisor on DeepL’s translation and writing AI solutions tailored to DACH customers’ needs.
  • • You will join a global, mission-driven team of over 1,000 employees across 90+ nationalities, where innovation, collaboration, and cultural connection are central to DeepL’s identity as a leader in trusted AI technology.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, refine your strategic account management skills, and directly contribute to DeepL’s vision of becoming the global leader in intelligent AI communication tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven full-cycle sales experience with a track record of growing markets, expanding territories, and increasing revenue from existing business.
  • • Expertise in software sales, particularly SaaS, is preferred.
  • • Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective client engagement in the DACH region.
  • • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written) to manage complex sales processes and collaborate across teams.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and identify new growth opportunities.
