- • The Account Manager role at Integer Holdings Corporation is critical to driving revenue growth and profitability by managing and expanding key customer accounts in the medical device industry. This position ensures long-term business success through strategic account planning, new business development, and strong customer relationships.
- • Day to day, the Account Manager will drive revenue and growth pipelines for assigned accounts, identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and execute account and territory plans, meet or exceed sales goals, maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers, collaborate with Customer Success and Applications Engineering teams, conduct account business reviews with leadership, and generate required reporting while managing expenses within budget.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or related B2B sales with a proven track record in sales and territory management
- • Experience selling components, sub-assemblies, or finished goods in a technical solutions selling environment
