- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
- • Build and sustain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive and C-level sponsors.
- • Manage and maintain customer contracts to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
- • Forecast, track, and report on critical account metrics including quarterly sales results, annual revenue forecasts, and contract renewal rates.
- • Prepare and deliver detailed account status reports to internal teams and external clients, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to uncover expansion opportunities within assigned territories and coordinate cross-functional efforts to close deals.
- • Ensure timely and successful delivery of WorkWhile’s solutions by aligning internal resources with client needs, timelines, and operational requirements.
- • Address and escalate complex client requests or issues promptly, resolving challenges to maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (HubSpot or similar) to support pipeline management, reporting, and strategic planning.
- • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both clients and internal teams.
- • Travel to client locations as required to strengthen relationships, conduct on-site meetings, and support account growth initiatives.
- • Demonstrate exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers and articulate the value of WorkWhile’s offerings.
- • Manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting all deadlines.
- • Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey updates, proposals, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture by embodying ownership, thriving in ambiguity, and helping reshape the future of hourly work for 83 million Americans.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Junior Account Manager
- • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
- • Solid experience with CRM software (HubSpot or similar) and Google Suite
- • Experience delivering client-focused solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- • Proven ability to manage multiple account projects concurrently with sharp attention to detail
- • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
