📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager Aéreo at Despegar.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth by managing key accounts and expanding the company’s presence in the travel industry across Bogotá, Llanos Orientales, Boyacá, and surrounding areas of Cundinamarca.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include actively managing key client accounts, visiting decision-makers at travel agencies, OTAs, assistance card providers, and wholesalers to commercialize Despegar’s travel packages and products, developing tailored value propositions to close deals, and serving as a brand ambassador ensuring compliance with tourism sector protocols and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Formation in Administration, Tourism, Commercial areas, or related fields
- • Proven experience of at least 2 years selling directly to travel agencies, OTAs, assistance card providers, and wholesalers with consultative sales expertise and a focus on closing deals
- • Existing client portfolio and database in Bogotá, Llanos Orientales, Boyacá, and periphery of Cundinamarca
- • Availability to travel and conduct field work visiting clients across assigned zones
- • Advanced proficiency in Office tools, Google Workspace, calendar management, and email
- • High commercial aggressiveness, strategic vision, and enthusiasm for challenges
