  • • Kinsta is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the AMERS region. This is a pivotal post-sale, client-facing role where you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our existing client base. As a quota-carrying contributor, your primary mission will be to manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with Kinsta's world-class managed WordPress hosting solutions. You will be the trusted advisor for your clients, guiding them through their journey with Kinsta and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive revenue growth.
  • • In this role, you will own a specific book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients throughout their entire tenure with Kinsta. This deep engagement allows you to truly understand their evolving needs, business objectives, and how Kinsta can continue to be a strategic partner in their success. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic account maintenance; you will be actively involved in strategic discussions, providing insights and solutions that align with their growth aspirations.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be client retention. You will develop and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, minimizing churn and maximizing the lifetime value of each client. This involves building strong, lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of their business challenges and opportunities.
  • • Furthermore, you will be a key driver of revenue expansion within your existing accounts. This will be achieved through proactive upselling and cross-selling of Kinsta's comprehensive suite of services. You will identify opportunities where additional Kinsta solutions can provide greater value, solve new problems, or enhance existing workflows for your clients. Your ability to articulate the benefits and ROI of these offerings will be crucial to your success.
  • • You will be responsible for managing non-technical support interactions, ensuring that client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. While not a technical support role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of Kinsta's offerings and be able to guide clients to the appropriate resources or solutions. Your goal is to provide a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • • The ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrating initiative in identifying potential issues and opportunities before they arise. A natural talent for building rapport and fostering strong professional relationships is essential.   • • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing customer success role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in web hosting, WordPress, or SaaS products; ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
