  • • As an Account Manager for the APAC region at P2P.org, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with our most critical enterprise channel partners. This individual contributor role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and solidifying our position as the leading institutional staking provider with a TVL exceeding $10 billion and a dominant market share in restaking.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own and nurture a portfolio of Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts, ensuring their continued success and maximizing their value derived from P2P.org's innovative infrastructure and yield products. This involves a strategic focus on account expansion, proactive retention efforts, and driving multi-product adoption to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive account growth plans tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each partner. This requires a deep understanding of their business, their integration with our services, and identifying opportunities for them to leverage more of our offerings, thereby increasing their Total Value Locked (TVL) and product attach rate.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess performance, align on strategic priorities, and identify new avenues for collaboration. You will be adept at negotiating expansion agreements, renewals, and co-marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth and brand visibility.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within partner organizations, from technical teams to executive leadership. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration is central to our operations at P2P.org. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Compliance, to ensure our partners' needs are met and that their feedback is integrated into our product development roadmap. This cross-functional coordination is essential for tracking integration health, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and proactively addressing any revenue-impacting issues.
  • • Meticulous attention to detail is required for maintaining accurate forecasting and ensuring the hygiene of our CRM system, HubSpot. This data-driven approach will enable effective pipeline management and strategic decision-making.
  • • You will also be a key representative of P2P.org at industry events and partner meetings across the APAC region. This involves presenting our value proposition, sharing insights on market trends, and building P2P.org's brand reputation within the ecosystem.
  • • The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong emphasis on understanding the nuances of the crypto and fintech landscape, particularly within the regulated environments of APAC. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive tangible business outcomes will be critical.
  • • By focusing on increasing TVL, enhancing product attach rates, and expanding network coverage within each account, you will directly contribute to P2P.org's overall revenue growth and market leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of institutional staking and decentralized finance by fostering strong, enduring partnerships.
  • • You will be responsible for understanding and articulating the value proposition of our diverse product suite, which includes institutional staking, restaking, yield products, and emerging solutions in areas like RWA and data services, to a sophisticated client base comprising exchanges, custodians, funds, and banks.
  • • Your strategic account planning will involve identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring partners are leveraging the full spectrum of P2P.org's capabilities to achieve their financial and operational goals.
  • • The role requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in APAC and the ability to position P2P.org as the preferred partner for institutional digital asset infrastructure.
  • • You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership, embodying the company's culture of expertise and innovation.
  • • This is an opportunity to be part of a globally united team that is passionate about building a fairer financial system through decentralized finance, contributing to a company that is not only a market leader but also a pioneer in technological advancement and client-centric solutions.
