  • • As an Account Manager at Aircall, you will be the pivotal force behind customer success and revenue expansion within your assigned portfolio. This role is fundamentally about owning the customer lifecycle post-sale, ensuring they not only achieve their desired outcomes but also discover new avenues to leverage Aircall's innovative solutions for their business growth. Your primary objective is to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), a critical metric that reflects our ability to maintain and grow revenue from existing customers. This is achieved by proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, thereby deepening the value Aircall provides.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated set of Aircall customers. This involves understanding their unique business challenges, strategic objectives, and how Aircall's platform, particularly our cutting-edge AI capabilities, can be instrumental in helping them achieve their goals. By acting as the voice of Aircall to the customer, you will educate them on best practices, new features, and strategic opportunities. Simultaneously, you will be the voice of the customer within Aircall, advocating for their needs and providing invaluable feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • • This role demands a strategic and commercial mindset, blending sophisticated consultative selling techniques with the disciplined execution required to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within customer organizations, from end-users to executive leadership. Your ability to translate complex customer needs into tangible solutions that unlock greater adoption, demonstrable value realization, and significant expansion opportunities will be key to your success.

  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience. This cross-functional partnership is essential for accelerating customer adoption, driving the uptake of add-on products and premium features, and ultimately building robust, enduring partnerships that foster mutual growth and success.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve and surpass NRR targets, increase customer lifetime value, drive product adoption and engagement, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of accounts, conduct regular business reviews, identify churn risks, and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in account management or sales within a B2B environment. You should be adept at navigating complex sales cycles, building rapport with diverse customer profiles, and articulating the value proposition of sophisticated software solutions.   • • Proven track record of success in Account Management, Customer Success, or a quota-carrying sales role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • • Strong understanding of customer communication platforms, CRM software, and the broader SaaS ecosystem, with a keen interest in AI-driven solutions.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to understand customer business needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective account plans.
