📋 Description
- • The Account Manager role at GuidePoint Security supports Account Executives in managing and growing customer relationships within the cybersecurity space, playing a critical role in driving retention, upsell, and new business opportunities.
- • Day to day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, managing sales opportunities in Salesforce, identifying whitespace for growth, and supporting renewal and upsell cycles with guidance from the Account Executive.
- • GuidePoint Security is a rapidly growing, profitable, privately-held value-added reseller specializing in information security, serving over 6,200 customers including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies, with a strong focus on collaboration, mentorship, and core values-driven culture.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep cybersecurity and vendor knowledge, strengthen sales and account management skills, gain experience in Salesforce and strategic reporting, and contribute directly to revenue growth while building a career in a high-growth, supportive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success in Inside Sales
- • Cyber Security experience required
- • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work well within a team and multitask effectively
