  • • As an Account Manager at Topsort Inc., you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between the company and key retail media clients across Brazil, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships by championing Topsort’s innovative, privacy-first advertising technology in one of Latin America’s most dynamic markets.
  • • Day to day, you will build and nurture deep relationships with top retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps, acting as their trusted advisor to understand business goals and align Topsort’s retail media APIs and products to deliver measurable impact.
  • • You will lead end-to-end client onboarding, guiding new partners through platform setup, providing tailored training, and ensuring smooth adoption to maximize early value and long-term engagement.
  • • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client usage patterns, campaign performance, and market trends, then crafting and presenting data-backed proposals that drive increased ad spend and account expansion.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including product, data science, sales, and support — to resolve client issues swiftly, translate technical capabilities into clear business value, and advocate for client needs in product development cycles.
  • • Share insights and best practices with the global account management team, contribute to refining sales strategies, and represent Topsort at industry events and client forums to strengthen market presence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or MBA, preferably with a technical or business-focused background.
  • • Proven experience in account management within the retail media, advertising, or ad tech industry.
  • • Strong ability to identify and pursue upselling opportunities with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • • Comfortable working with technical solutions and translating complex capabilities into clear, retailer-friendly language.
  • • Must be able to work onsite at the SĂŁo Paulo office four days per week.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
