- • The Account Manager will join Fresha’s Southern Europe team in Madrid to build strong relationships with salon customers and drive adoption of the platform’s features, supporting the company’s mission as the AI-powered operating system for beauty, wellness, and self-care.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing and growing a portfolio of salon clients, onboarding new businesses, providing product training and support, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- • Fresha is a global leader in beauty and wellness technology, trusted by 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals, processing over 1 billion appointments, with headquarters in London and 15 offices worldwide, offering an all-in-one platform for booking, POS, marketing, and operations.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in SaaS customer success, deepen knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry, master consultative sales techniques, and contribute to scalable growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment with clear paths for impact and advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written)
- • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and manage client relationships
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience with CRM tools and understanding of customer lifecycle management
- • Passion for technology and interest in the beauty, wellness, or self-care industries
