  • • As an Account Manager specializing in Chromatography Consumables and Supplies at Agilent Technologies, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture professional sales relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met with Agilent's cutting-edge products and solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in creating and executing a comprehensive territory development plan, with the strategic objective of outperforming competitors in sales performance.
  • • This role requires a highly collaborative approach, working closely with a diverse team of Agilent sales professionals, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers, to deliver integrated solutions to our clients.
  • • You will manage a sales quota and be directly compensated for all Chemistries and Supplies Division (CSD) sales within your assigned named accounts and geographic territory, making your contribution directly impactful to the company's success.
  • • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics will be crucial for successfully selling Agilent CSD products and solutions, ensuring we maintain a leading position in the market.
  • • You will proactively prospect for new customers and identify new business opportunities, expanding Agilent's reach and market share.
  • • A key aspect of this role is maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses to all customer requests and inquiries.
  • • You will be responsible for achieving all sales targets, including quota attainment and accurate sales forecasting, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales cycle.
  • • Collaboration extends across various Agilent sales channels, including CMS (Instruments), CSO (Service Delivery), SSD (Service Sales), and COPC (Customer Operations Center), ensuring a unified approach to customer engagement.

  • • Working with the Field Sales Channel, you will contribute to the development and implementation of key marketing programs designed to drive demand and enhance brand visibility.
  • • Developing and managing distributor relationships will be an important facet of your role, leveraging these partnerships to drive business growth in applicable accounts.
  • • Proactively driving the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, and accurately forecasting sales within a 30-60-90 day window, is essential for success.
  • • Maintaining accurate CRM updates, submitting expense reports, and fulfilling other required business reporting duties will be part of your regular responsibilities, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
