Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end success of multi-million-dollar pharmaceutical marketing campaigns, serving as the single point of accountability for 8–12 key manufacturer and agency accounts and ensuring every program exceeds ROI, brand-lift, and script-growth targets.
  • • Translate complex performance data into concise, visually compelling monthly and quarterly business reviews that spotlight savings delivered to patients, incremental scripts driven for clients, and strategic recommendations that unlock the next wave of growth.
  • • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Directors during pre-sale pitches, contributing market intelligence, historical benchmarks, and creative media plans that convert prospects into long-term partners and expand existing contracts by 20–40 % year over year.
  • • Orchestrate flawless campaign launches by shepherding creative assets, targeting parameters, and regulatory submissions through GoodRx’s MLR/PRC process, guaranteeing 100 % on-time go-lives and zero compliance surprises.
  • • Build deep, trust-based relationships with brand managers, media strategists, regulatory reviewers, and C-suite stakeholders at top-20 pharma companies, becoming the indispensable advisor they call first when new budgets or challenges arise.
  • • Partner with internal Advertising Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Marketing teams to customize audience segments, bidding strategies, and creative formats that maximize reach among high-value patient populations while respecting HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
  • • Proactively identify upsell opportunities—new therapeutic indications, additional HCP or DTC tactics, or measurement studies—and craft data-backed proposals that grow annual contract value and deepen strategic alignment.
  • • Maintain real-time visibility into campaign pacing, budget burn, and KPI trajectories within Salesforce and JIRA; flag risks early and mobilize cross-functional squads to course-correct before small issues become client escalations.
  • • Stay ahead of shifting FDA guidance, privacy regulations, and digital-media trends (e.g., cookie deprecation, connected TV, retail media networks) to future-proof client strategies and position GoodRx as the industry’s most innovative partner.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every client conversation and internal initiative, ensuring that campaign creative and targeting strategies reflect the full spectrum of American patients and reduce health disparities.
  • • Mentor junior account coordinators and interns, sharing best practices in pharmaceutical marketing, storytelling, and stakeholder management to elevate the entire Client Success organization.
  • • Contribute to GoodRx’s culture of continuous improvement by piloting new workflow automations, feedback loops, and knowledge-sharing forums that cut delivery timelines and boost Net Promoter Scores.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of client-facing experience in pharmaceutical account management, digital marketing, or media sales, with a consistent record of exceeding revenue and client-satisfaction targets.
  • • Demonstrated fluency with FDA/MLR/PRC promotional review processes and the regulatory nuances of branded, unbranded, and DTC campaigns.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms to extract insights from large datasets and craft persuasive ROI narratives.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting to brand directors, regulatory counsel, and senior executives alike.
  • • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and project-management tools (JIRA, Asana) to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables on tight timelines.
