- • As an Account Manager (Client Manager) at Optiv Security Inc., you will be responsible for selling security services and technology solutions to strategic accounts in North Florida, owning the full sales cycle and leading cross-functional teams to execute multi-year strategic account plans.
- • Day to day, you will build trusted relationships with client executives, create and manage strategic account plans based on client business and security goals, develop a sales pipeline 4x your target, manage accurate forecasts, and coordinate with internal and external partners including Solutions Architects, Client Operations Specialists, and technology vendors.
- • Optiv is a leading cybersecurity solutions provider committed to innovation, inclusion, and client success, offering a collaborative environment where Account Managers drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction through disciplined sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, deepen your cybersecurity industry expertise, master strategic account planning, and gain experience leading cross-functional initiatives—positioning you for long-term growth in cybersecurity sales or sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of experience in product or services-based sales, preferably within a technology or cybersecurity company
- • Proven ability to build and execute territory and account plans with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas
- • Experience engaging cross-functional teams including pre-sales technical support, sales, and client operations to deliver cohesive solutions
- • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining productive relationships with key executive sponsors and decision-makers in client organizations
- • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with negotiation experience and a history of exceeding performance expectations
