- • The Account Manager - Dental - International role at Clipboard Health is critical to sustaining and expanding the company’s presence in the dental healthcare marketplace by nurturing existing provider relationships and driving platform adoption. This role directly supports Clipboard’s mission to lift professionals up the socioeconomic ladder by enabling dental offices and healthcare providers to efficiently access on-demand talent through the app-based marketplace.
- • Managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- • Clearly articulating the value proposition of the Clipboard app to current users to drive continued usage, encourage shift bookings, and identify opportunities for expansion within assigned markets.
- • Going deep with dental offices and healthcare providers to uncover evolving operational needs, understand staffing challenges, and tailor platform guidance to help them succeed in filling shifts efficiently.
- • Establishing credibility and rapport by demonstrating strong familiarity with the app’s features, troubleshooting common issues, and positioning oneself as a trusted advisor rather than just a support contact.
- • Being the go-to resource for users navigating the platform, resolving access or booking issues, and guiding providers on best practices to maximize shift fill rates and workforce flexibility.
- • Helping fill new and urgent shifts in assigned markets by proactively reaching out to providers during high-demand periods and matching available professionals to open shifts.
- • Collaborating internally with product, operations, and growth teams to relay user feedback and contribute to platform improvements that enhance the dental provider experience.
- • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, tracking account health metrics, and reporting on engagement trends to inform strategic decisions.
- • Continuously developing expertise in dental industry staffing dynamics, healthcare workforce trends, and marketplace best practices to become a trusted advisor to clients.
- • Building resilience and adaptability by operating across time zones and cultures while maintaining high performance in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment.
