- • As an Account Manager at dbt Labs, you will focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow the Commercial customer base, playing a key role in customer success and revenue expansion for a leading analytics engineering platform used by over 90,000 teams weekly.
- • Day to day, you will be a key contributor to account retention and existing account growth, partner with multiple internal functions, and help set the standard for a newly created function through continued iteration and process improvement.
- • dbt Labs is the pioneer of analytics engineering, defining the modern data stack and serving as the data control plane for enterprise teams worldwide, backed by top-tier investors and serving over 5,400 Platform customers including AstraZeneca, Sky, Nasdaq, Volvo, JetBlue, and SafetyCulture.
- • In this role, you can develop expertise in enterprise account management, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling customer success processes within a fast-growing, mission-driven company at the forefront of the data and AI revolution.
