• • The Account Manager (Motor Finance – Dealers) role at Tandem Bank focuses on building and maintaining relationships with used car dealers and brokers in the East Midlands region, supporting the bank’s mission to drive sustainable digital banking and empower customers to make better financial choices.
• • Day to day responsibilities include creating new dealer/broker relationships, managing existing accounts to meet sales and efficiency targets, attending face-to-face meetings and telephone/email negotiations to offer competitive finance terms, delivering excellent customer service, collaborating as an active team player, achieving business and personal objectives, and attending 121s and team meetings at office locations such as Cardiff.
