- • As Sr Director - Sales and Client Success at Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), you will drive strategic growth and adoption of FICO’s credit scoring and analytics solutions within the U.S. mortgage lending market, directly impacting how lenders assess risk and serve customers.
- • You will manage and develop a territory of top U.S. mortgage lenders, promote adoption of FICO’s latest analytics (including FICO Score 10T, UltraFICO, and FSMS), maintain sales pipelines in CRM systems, and develop executive-level relationships to articulate ROI and competitive advantages across client organizations.
- • You will collaborate within a matrixed sales structure, leveraging FICO’s technical experts in credit risk, GSE requirements, and investor guidelines to deliver tailored solutions and lead onboarding, business reviews, and escalation management for client success.
- • You will track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, attend industry events, and contribute insights to shape product roadmap and internal strategy while representing FICO at trade shows and professional forums.
- • You will join a purpose-driven, inclusive culture at FICO—a global leader in analytics software—where your work supports over 10 billion annual credit decisions and helps financial institutions make fairer, data-driven lending choices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Five+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, and/or financial services sales.
- • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and consultative selling within the mortgage origination ecosystem, with ability to communicate ROI to senior stakeholders.
- • Experience developing account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a matrixed, collaborative sales environment.
- • Outstanding executive presence with superior communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
