  • • You will manage a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building long-term, high-value partnerships through consistent communication, performance tracking, and tailored growth initiatives that align with both partner goals and Deliveroo’s market objectives.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, then translating insights into actionable recommendations that help partners optimise their presence on the platform.
  • • You will lead commercial negotiations to refine contract terms, improve service levels, and enhance the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP), ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that support both partner profitability and customer experience.
  • • Strategic planning will be central to your role, as you develop and execute portfolio-level strategies aimed at increasing partner loyalty, market share, and long-term performance through targeted initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • Financial oversight is a core component, requiring you to monitor perimeter P&L, identify growth opportunities, flag risks early, and work with finance and operations teams to implement corrective or expansive measures.
  • • You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partners receive integrated support, from campaign execution to platform feature adoption, enabling them to stay competitive and responsive to market trends.
  • • The Commercial team in Florence operates as a dynamic, entrepreneurial unit within Deliveroo’s broader global structure, where autonomy, initiative, and data-driven decision-making are encouraged and rewarded.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships, preferably in B2B or partner-facing roles.
  • • Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management and demonstrated negotiation skills to drive financial performance and improve contractual outcomes.
  • • Proven ability to use data analysis tools and project management applications to inform decision-making, track performance, and support strategic planning.
  • • Market expertise in the Horeca, restaurant, or food service sectors is highly desirable, including familiarity with operational challenges and trends in the Italian market.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English considered a significant advantage for effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
