  • As a French-Speaking Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention, growth, and risk management for a dedicated portfolio of small to medium-sized customers, contributing approximately $1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Reporting to the Director of Account Management EMEA, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while receiving robust support and feedback to ensure your success. Your primary objective is to strategically manage your book of business, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, thereby ensuring positive customer health and fostering account expansion opportunities.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to earn through both upsell and retention performance, directly impacting your success and the company's growth. You will focus intently on your allocated clients, capitalizing on expansion opportunities as they arise and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships. Your responsibilities will extend to working across diverse verticals, engaging with both direct clients and agencies at various levels, including C-suite executives, to deeply understand their overt and discreet needs. A key aspect of your role will be fostering and building strategic relationships, enabling you to effectively articulate and quantify Adthena's impact on client outcomes and results, thereby ensuring ongoing satisfaction and facilitating contract renewals.
  • You will be a crucial link between our clients and internal teams, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Finance departments to develop and execute effective renewal strategies. A significant part of your role involves building rapport with senior and economic stakeholders, identifying potential risks and opportunities within client accounts, and developing and implementing robust recovery plans for clients identified as at-risk. You will be responsible for producing and presenting comprehensive business reviews that highlight client success and future opportunities, and for planning and executing strategic growth plans tailored to your existing client base.
  • Commercial acumen is essential as you will be involved in negotiating commercials and terms of engagement, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. You will continuously monitor client health, accurately forecast retention rates, and proactively ensure clients are fully aware of Adthena's latest product innovations and available services, maximizing their value from our platform. 🎯 Requirements

  • Native French speaker with experience working with French or Benelux customers.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or an equivalent client-facing role.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with proven negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Proven ability to meet upsell and retention KPIs, and nurture customer relationships long-term.
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve creatively, and build compelling business cases.
