- • As an Account Manager at Plexus Corp., you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, driving growth and delivering real impact by transforming legal operations through automation and value realization. Your role is critical in increasing Net Revenue Retention to 115%+ across a high-value portfolio overseeing $3M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes and see Plexus as a mission-critical partner.
- • Day to day, you will own strategic relationships across a blended client portfolio, lead Executive Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on goals and surface value, drive renewal and expansion discussions with commercial acumen, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on automation strategies, and proactively manage escalations with maturity and urgency.
