  • • This position offers a unique and exciting fusion of client relationship management, comprehensive project oversight, strategic development, and specialized social media expertise. To thrive in this role, you must possess exceptional client communication and organizational prowess, coupled with an unyielding passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of the gaming and esports ecosystem.
  • • A core responsibility will be the end-to-end oversight and execution of negotiated partnerships. This involves ensuring all contractual obligations are meticulously met and that project milestones are achieved according to the planned timeline. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • • Maintaining continuous, proactive engagement with both talents and brands is paramount. You will offer ongoing support and strategic guidance throughout and beyond collaborations, actively working to enhance and nurture these vital relationships. This includes regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive problem-solving.
  • • Performance tracking is a critical component of this role. You will be responsible for evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and compiling comprehensive reports at the conclusion of each partnership. These reports will detail successes, identify challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform and refine future strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with talents and fellow Dulcedo employees to ensure each talent maintains a consistent, impactful, and authentic social media presence across all relevant platforms. This involves aligning on brand voice, content themes, and engagement strategies.
  • • Developing innovative content strategies and compelling concept ideas will be a significant part of your role. You will leverage analytics, emerging social media trends, and a deep understanding of the gaming community to maintain high engagement rates and ensure the overall effectiveness of content initiatives.
  • • You will actively contribute to the overall agency experience for our talents. This includes participating in their onboarding process, contributing to quarterly planning sessions, and engaging in other key activities that foster talent growth and satisfaction.
  • • Assisting in the day-to-day management of talents by providing essential planning support is crucial. Your organizational skills will help structure their activities, manage their schedules, and ultimately contribute to their overall success and professional development.
  • • Managing inbound PR requests, including handling interview requests, responding to mailers, and processing event invitations, will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • • You will also contribute to outbound strategies, which may include talent sourcing, initial outreach, interview pitching, managing talent gifting, responding to event opportunities, and participating in new brand pitch calls, playing a role in business development.
  • • Attending on-site production days and talent events is expected, where you will provide crucial on-site support to guarantee the success of collaborations and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • • Leveraging the most effective tools and information channels to stay abreast of industry trends is essential. You will serve as a valuable resource to the team, sharing insights and knowledge to maintain Dulcedo's competitive edge.
  • • You may be requested to participate in our buddy program, mentoring new hires and sharing best practices, contributing to a strong internal knowledge-sharing culture.
