- • As an Account Manager, Growth - EMEA [DACH] at Vanta, you will drive net revenue expansion by owning the post-sale commercial relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers across the DACH region, ensuring their security and compliance programs mature in alignment with business growth objectives.
- • You will serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner for assigned accounts, deeply understanding customer needs to identify expansion opportunities, manage renewals and upsells, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that increase platform adoption and customer lifetime value.
- • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all post-sale conversations, including mid-cycle upsells, renewals, and strategic account planning, while maintaining meticulous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and providing accurate monthly forecasts.
- • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align on customer health, share insights, and execute coordinated outreach, ensuring seamless communication and a unified customer experience across teams.
- • You will take initiative to master Vanta’s product offerings and roadmap, enabling you to confidently articulate how new frameworks, security tools, and platform enhancements address evolving customer compliance and security challenges.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities—from initial discovery and needs assessment to negotiation, internal resource coordination (e.g., solutions consultants, SMEs), and close—while demonstrating a consultative, customer-centric approach in solution architecture.
- • You will be based in London or Dublin with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday in-office), contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture that values curiosity, urgency, and cross-functional partnership.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), and AI-enabled sales productivity, while contributing to Vanta’s mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience selling to or managing customers in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in a second European language; German is strongly preferred
- • Proven ability to independently prospect, build, and manage a sales pipeline without reliance on BDR or inbound lead support
- • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal stakeholders and customer-facing engagements
- • Demonstrated motivation, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
- • Willingness to work 3 days per week in the London or Dublin office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
