- • As a rapidly growing company, Bystadium Inc. is seeking a dynamic and revenue-focused Account Manager - Growth to join its expanding commercial team. This pivotal role sits within the Sales organization and reports directly to the AM Manager, playing a critical role in owning and growing a defined book of package customers across both renewal and expansion.
- • This is a revenue-owning position where you will be directly accountable for net revenue retention and long-term segment growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers renew successfully while proactively identifying and executing expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio, which includes self-serve and low-touch accounts.
- • You will assume full commercial ownership of your designated customer segment. This involves leading all renewal conversations, expertly managing pricing and contract discussions, proactively identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities, and orchestrating cross-functional efforts to deliver outcomes that demonstrably drive retention and revenue growth.
- • The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial judgment seamlessly integrated with exceptional operational execution. You will be adept at navigating multiple internal and external tools, fostering collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams, and independently driving initiatives from their inception through to successful completion.
- • Success in this role hinges on confidence, a relentless curiosity, and the ability to identify leverage points that efficiently move projects and customer relationships forward. You will be instrumental in shaping how Bystadium scales its account management strategies across its package customer base, directly impacting the company's revenue performance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning a defined book of package customers, taking full responsibility for their renewals and expansion. This includes leading proactive renewal cycles, managing pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations, and identifying, scoping, and closing expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
- • You will also lead pricing normalization efforts, which may involve migrating legacy contracts to current Stadium Pass tiers, ensuring consistency and maximizing value.
- • A key aspect of the role is owning net revenue retention performance and expansion targets for your segment. You will serve as the primary commercial owner for all renewals, pricing updates, contract changes, upgrades, and downgrades within your portfolio, ensuring a seamless and value-driven customer experience.
- • Collaboration is paramount. You will partner closely with the Customer Success team to align on customer adoption, value realization, and proactive risk mitigation strategies, ensuring customers are maximizing their investment in Bystadium.
- • You will be expected to navigate and leverage internal systems and external tools effectively to manage your pipeline, forecasting, and account planning, maintaining a clear and organized approach to your responsibilities.
- • Furthermore, you will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute customer-facing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery. By analyzing account trends, you will proactively identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and drive revenue growth, contributing to the overall success of the commercial team and the company.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing new team and directly influence the company's growth trajectory. While Bystadium is based in New York City, this position is fully remote. Candidates residing outside the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel, with compensation adjusted based on local cost of living and comparable wages.
