- • The Account Manager at DoubleVerify is responsible for managing customer accounts and relationships, ensuring the quality and performance of digital advertising campaigns through proactive oversight and collaboration across teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing onboarding, implementation, reporting, remediation, and billing; organizing client and internal calls; monitoring campaign performance; resolving support requests; identifying upsell opportunities; and educating clients on DoubleVerify’s product suite to meet their business objectives.
- • DoubleVerify is a leader in digital performance solutions, providing unbiased third-party data and analytics to help advertisers, agencies, publishers, and platforms verify, optimize, and prove the effectiveness of their digital campaigns. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital advertising technologies, strengthen client relationship management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance, and contribute to product improvement through customer feedback—positioning you for growth in account management, client strategy, or advertising technology domains.
