• • The Account Manager at DoubleVerify is responsible for managing customer accounts and relationships, ensuring the quality and performance of digital advertising campaigns through proactive oversight and collaboration across teams.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing onboarding, implementation, reporting, remediation, and billing; organizing client and internal calls; monitoring campaign performance; resolving support requests; identifying upsell opportunities; and educating clients on DoubleVerify’s product suite to meet their business objectives.
