- • Lead strategy development and execution for marketing and selling Comcast Business Class products via direct sales, cross-division partnerships, and indirect channels. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, assist with day two support, onboarding, renewals, jeopardy accounts, and churn limitation. Drive direct end-user revenue and ensure partners effectively position Comcast Business Class solutions.
- • Drive incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget across 40–60 customer relationships with $25K–$50K spend potential. Develop customized periodic lifecycle management meetings (account reviews) with the assigned base. Recruit, train, and support the partner community to position the entire suite of solutions. Ensure consistent completion of product installation by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction, and post-sale process. Serve as liaison to channel partners regarding any sales-related issues. Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel via Salesforce.com. Maintain customer lifecycle management through onboarding, periodic account reviews, and renewals to maximize revenue while limiting churn.
