  • • Own and cultivate a portfolio of DISA Healthcare Technology Division’s largest clients, serving as the single point of accountability for every aspect of the relationship—from day-to-day support to multi-year strategic planning.
  • • Immerse yourself in each client’s business model, hiring workflows, compliance mandates, and growth objectives so you can translate DISA’s full suite of background-screening, drug-testing, and onboarding solutions into measurable value.
  • • Build and maintain living account plans that map quarterly milestones, expansion opportunities, risk factors, and executive sponsors; update these blueprints in Salesforce after every interaction so the entire organization has real-time visibility.
  • • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts—whether that means adding international screening, occupational health services, or advanced analytics—and shepherd those deals from discovery to signature.
  • • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that are equal parts performance report, strategic workshop, and executive storytelling session; travel on-site when needed to present insights, celebrate wins, and secure buy-in for the next growth phase.
  • • Translate complex compliance data into concise, C-suite-ready narratives that demonstrate ROI, mitigate risk, and position DISA as an indispensable partner rather than a vendor.
  • • Anticipate and neutralize churn risks by performing root-cause analyses on service gaps, billing discrepancies, or technology pain points, then orchestrate cross-functional “tiger teams” to implement fixes before they escalate.
  • • Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure SLAs are met, invoices are accurate, and new features are configured to match each client’s unique policy requirements.
  • • Champion best-practice sharing across the Client Success organization by documenting winning plays, mentoring junior Account Managers, and participating in monthly knowledge-exchange forums.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene—every call, email, escalation, and contract amendment logged with next-step clarity—so leadership can forecast revenue and resource needs with confidence.
  • • Monitor competitive threats and market shifts within your accounts, briefing internal stakeholders on emerging needs for AI-driven analytics, mobile-first applicant portals, or global screening capabilities.
  • • Represent DISA at industry conferences and client advisory boards, gathering voice-of-customer insights that directly influence the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • • Embrace a consultative mindset: challenge clients to rethink legacy processes, pilot innovative screening methodologies, and adopt new compliance frameworks that keep them ahead of regulatory curves.
  • • Contribute to special projects—ranging from customer-journey mapping to pricing-model redesign—that elevate the entire Client Success function and reinforce DISA’s reputation as a Top Workplace.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of strategic account management experience, preferably in pre-hire screening, background checks, HR tech, or compliance services
  • • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-year solutions with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • • High-school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • • Strong command of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office; ability to create executive-level dashboards and forecasts
  • • Willingness to travel up to 25 % for onsite QBRs, trade shows, and strategic planning sessions
