- • Lead cross-functional technical programs across product, engineering, platform, ecosystem, and go-to-market teams to align execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Drive planning and execution for cloud and software platform roadmaps, including integration paths, release readiness, and dependency management across technical workstreams.
- • Build coordinated plans for early product proof points, customer-facing workflows, and high-visibility technical demonstrations to validate and showcase platform capabilities.
- • Align internal teams and external partners on readiness criteria, dependency closure, enablement materials, and handoffs from pilot to scale.
- • Clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, drive decisions, and maintain consistent operating rhythms across complex, ambiguous technical programs with multiple collaborators.
- • Help mature early-stage initiatives into repeatable, scalable offerings that customers and partners can adopt with confidence.
- • Manage release readiness and delivery timelines for software and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment between engineering deliverables and market requirements.
- • Facilitate decision-making processes to resolve cross-team blockers and ensure timely progress toward technical and business objectives.
- • Collaborate with architecture, field-facing teams, and partner organizations to ensure technical alignment and successful adoption of NVIDIA’s DSX Sim platform.
- • Establish and refine operational frameworks that enable technical teams to execute effectively in fast-changing, high-stakes environments.
- • Translate ambiguous product direction into structured, executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, and success metrics.
- • Support the evolution of technical assets and workflows to enable scalable, repeatable product delivery across diverse customer and partner use cases.
- • Ensure that platform readiness, partner enablement, and customer adoption goals are integrated into program timelines and tracked through measurable outcomes.
- • Work closely with engineering and product teams to define and prioritize dependencies that impact release schedules and customer delivery.
- • Communicate program status, risks, and progress to senior technical and business leaders with clarity and influence.
- • Contribute to the maturation of NVIDIA’s DSX Sim platform by embedding structured program management practices into its development and go-to-market lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- • 8+ years of technical program management experience in software, cloud, platform, infrastructure, or other complex engineering environments.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, architecture, partner, and field-facing teams.
- • Experience crafting structure in ambiguous technical programs with many dependencies, collaborators, and delivery achievements.
- • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
- • Track record of driving release readiness, dependency management, decision-making, and measurable product outcomes.
