- • Partner with People Team Leaders and leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with Crusoe’s business goals, including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviews
- • Serve as the primary HR advisor and point of contact for the Manufacturing Team, addressing employee concerns, career development, and workplace issues that impact performance and engagement
- • Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, skill development, and professional growth to support employee mobility and retention
- • Develop and execute programs that drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall job satisfaction within the Manufacturing Team
- • Conduct organizational assessments, talent gap analyses, and structure recommendations to align HR initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives
- • Lead day-to-day HR operations including policy implementation, process adherence, and program execution across the Manufacturing Team
- • Track and analyze key organizational health metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of HR initiatives
- • Facilitate off-boarding processes for both voluntary and involuntary terminations, ensuring compliance and respectful transitions
- • Collaborate with peer HR teams and cross-functional leaders to align talent initiatives with broader business needs and operational priorities
- • Proactively foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive work environment that supports diversity, employee morale, and overall well-being
- • Provide consultation, coaching, and guidance to managers on sensitive employee relations matters, including performance issues and behavioral concerns
- • Conduct investigations and deliver solutions to complex employee relations challenges while maintaining strict confidentiality
- • Leverage data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that inform HR decisions and demonstrate measurable impact on retention, productivity, and culture
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, regulations, and best practices to offer progressive, compliant, and relevant solutions
- • Travel up to 20% of the time to support Manufacturing Team sites and initiatives
- • Work autonomously to conceive, develop, and project-manage HR programs from inception to completion with high reliability and follow-through
- • Communicate status updates regularly to build trust with employees, managers, and leadership across all levels
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner with proven success in fostering positive employee-organization relationships
- • Specific experience working with manufacturing, data center, and contingent workforce populations
- • Proven ability to leverage business strategy and data to drive organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and development
- • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, policy development, and coaching managers on sensitive issues
- • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- • High level of discretion, organizational skills, and reliability with consistent follow-through on commitments
