📋 Description
- • Respond to level two issues and escalations from the Network Operations Center or service desk related to Microsoft 365 environments.
- • Focus primarily on M365 Security tasks, including identifying, analyzing, and resolving security-related incidents and configurations within client tenants.
- • Proactively collaborate with senior members of the managed services practice to deliver high-quality support to the company’s managed client portfolio.
- • Resolve or escalate support requests originating from M365 tenant issues, including but not limited to identity management, access control, data loss prevention, conditional access policies, and threat protection.
- • Monitor and troubleshoot M365 services to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and security posture across client environments.
- • Document all incident resolutions, configuration changes, and escalation paths in accordance with internal procedures and client SLAs.
- • Work within a second-shift schedule between 4:30 pm ET and 1:30 am ET, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, updates, and best practices to support evolving client needs.
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of M365-related issues impacting client operations.
- • Provide technical guidance to junior team members on M365 security protocols and incident response procedures.
- • Ensure all actions taken within client M365 tenants adhere to data governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- • Participate in on-call rotations as needed to address critical outages or security alerts outside regular shift hours.
- • Maintain accurate records of client configurations, changes, and support activities in ticketing and documentation systems.
- • Identify opportunities to improve M365 security posture through automation, policy refinement, or proactive monitoring enhancements.
- • Communicate technical findings and remediation steps clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organizations.
