• • The Account Manager III role at MRI Software LLC is a strategic position focused on driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers in the Real Estate Technology sector. This role is critical to MRI’s mission of delivering innovative PropTech solutions that power thriving communities, as it directly contributes to customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• • Day to day, the Account Manager will engage with clients via phone and other channels to build strong, long-lasting relationships, identify white space opportunities, recommend and negotiate appropriate software solutions, manage the contracting process, maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development, and Implementation to deliver tailored proposals and ensure successful execution.
