  • • As an Account Manager in Inside Enterprise Sales at Comcast Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer retention for mid-market enterprise clients with annual telecommunications spend under $3,500. This position is critical to Comcast Business’s mission of delivering innovative connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed solutions to organizations preparing for future technological demands. You will directly contribute to the company’s status as a leading technology provider by managing strategic account relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within an assigned portfolio of named accounts.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental sales opportunities across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products. You will renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams while initiating and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership is essential to develop and execute account-specific strategies that optimize retention and expansion. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—including opportunity tracking, funnel management, forecasting, and service delivery—ensuring alignment with regional, divisional, and corporate goals. Regular engagement with C-level and executive stakeholders is required to position and sell complex solutions effectively. Additionally, you will maintain consistent attendance and be prepared to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales strategy, complex solution selling, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Over time, you will build a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, positioning yourself for advancement into senior account management, sales leadership, or specialized roles within Comcast’s growing Business division. The experience gained here is transferable across industries and highly valued in technology, telecommunications, and B2B sales sectors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through opportunity identification, solution selling, and contract renewal
  • • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills and experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • • Demonstrated success in selling complex Business Class services (e.g., Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet) to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • • Comfort engaging with C-level and executive stakeholders to articulate value and drive purchasing decisions
  • • Availability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs
