- • As an Account Manager, Institutional at Wealth.com Inc., you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for large institutional clients, including national banking organizations, playing a critical role in managing relationships, driving platform adoption, and ensuring seamless deployment of the estate planning platform.
- • Your daily responsibilities will include managing onboarding and rollout of new users, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve issues, tracking workflows and timelines, monitoring platform usage for engagement opportunities, preparing materials for client meetings and QBRs, documenting processes for internal knowledge sharing, and acting as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and delivering proactive solutions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise client management within the financial technology space, develop strategic advisory skills, contribute directly to client retention and growth, and gain exposure to cutting-edge estate planning technology and cross-functional operations at a high-growth, award-winning fintech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments
- • Proven track record of managing high-value or complex client accounts and driving measurable results
- • Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and technical fluency with SaaS platforms
- • Prior experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions (preferred)
- • Experience with estate planning (strongly preferred)
- • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement
