- • As an Italian Speaking Account Manager for SMB at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, helping them grow their businesses by improving delivery operations and attracting new customers through strategic support and campaign execution.
- • Day to day, you will engage with partners via email, phone, online presentations, and video calls to support their growth, maintain long-term relationships, liaise with internal teams, and drive engagement with Deliveroo’s national and local marketing opportunities.
- • You will be part of the SMB (Small Medium Business) team based in Manchester City Centre, working office-based during probation with hybrid working autonomy thereafter, reporting to an Account Management Team Leader.
- • In this role, you will develop your account management skills, deepen your understanding of restaurant partner needs, leverage data to drive performance improvements, and contribute to key metrics such as customer outcomes, retention, and order volume growth while building expertise in Deliveroo’s technology and market offerings.

- • Track record in an account management or similar role
- • Ability to understand problems and get to the crux of an issue quickly using data without over-complicating
- • Excellent phone manner and experience providing telephone support and selling to customers
- • Fluency in Italian and English
- • Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to learn how Deliveroo’s tech can help partners excel
- • Creativity to remove barriers and drive positive outcomes
