  • • As an Account Manager at WeTravel, you will be a key part of the mission to help travel businesses grow by empowering them to make the most of the platform and create exceptional experiences for their travelers, working closely with clients to ensure they are fully supported, informed, and maximizing value.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, serve as the primary point of contact for client questions or concerns, collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams, gather and share customer feedback, and resolve issues with a calm, proactive, and friendly approach.
  • • The Account Management team sits at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product to share feedback and shape the offering, serving a diverse client base from solo operators to growing travel companies in a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong client relationship management skills, gain experience in B2B SaaS account growth, learn to balance support and strategic upsell conversations, and contribute directly to product improvement through customer feedback, all while working with an international, travel-loving team passionate about innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • • Strong interpersonal and customer service instincts
  • • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success
  • • Natural multitasker who can manage multiple clients and needs at once
  • • Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure, thriving in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
