You will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships with key event organizers, ensuring seamless data integration, fostering robust collaboration, and driving mutual value. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of data exchange, technical collaborations, and relationship management, all while contributing to Vendelux's rapid growth.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and nurture long-term relationships with our event organizer partners, acting as their dedicated point of contact. This involves understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives within the dynamic event marketing landscape. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding them through the Vendelux platform's capabilities and ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our partnership.
- • A critical aspect of this role is owning the partner onboarding process from start to finish. This includes conducting thorough pre-call research to understand each partner's context, leading engaging and informative live onboarding sessions, and providing ongoing educational support through standardized materials. Your organized and proactive approach will ensure a smooth and successful integration for every partner.
- • You will be tasked with sourcing and structuring data-driven partnerships. This involves identifying opportunities for data exchange and technical collaborations that not only support Vendelux's revenue growth but also enhance our product offerings. Your ability to think strategically about data and its potential will be key to unlocking new avenues for mutual success.

This requires a nuanced understanding of partner-specific needs, applying your judgment to present insights in a clear, actionable, and valuable manner. You will translate complex data into meaningful narratives that empower our partners.

By effectively surfacing partner feedback, you will play a vital role in improving our reporting workflows, enhancing product capabilities, and ensuring our platform evolves to meet market demands.
- • Post-onboarding, you will provide responsive, request-based support, while simultaneously contributing to the evolution of a more structured customer success motion. This proactive engagement will ensure partners remain satisfied and continue to leverage Vendelux effectively.
- • Identifying and driving expansion opportunities is another key objective. This includes exploring avenues for additional events, securing renewals, facilitating webinars, developing case studies, and forging media partnerships. Your commercial acumen and relationship-building skills will be crucial in maximizing the value of each partnership.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to support upsell initiatives and deepen existing partnerships through alignment with sponsor and paid program opportunities. This cross-functional collaboration ensures a cohesive approach to partner engagement and revenue generation.
- • Staying attuned to customer feedback and market trends is paramount. You will leverage these insights to influence Vendelux's product roadmap and refine our market positioning, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of event marketing technology.
- • Finally, you will have the opportunity to represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings, acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for our brand and platform.
