- • As the Enterprise Account Manager Lead at ElevenLabs, you will lead a team of experienced Account Managers focused on the company’s largest enterprise customer segment, driving post-sales excellence, retention, and expansion while shaping the strategic direction of the Enterprise post-sales motion as ElevenLabs scales.
- • You will act as a player-coach by managing priority accounts directly, modeling best practices, joining key customer conversations, and coaching your team to exceed quota, retention, and expansion goals through data-driven performance and accountability.
- • You will join a high-velocity, AI-first culture at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company valued at $11B with backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia, and ICONIQ, where innovation, impact, and excellence are prioritized over titles and bureaucracy.
- • You will drive transformation by embedding AI agents and automation into team workflows, championing AI fluency, designing repeatable playbooks for renewals and upsells, and influencing product roadmap and revenue strategy as the voice of the customer in leadership discussions.
