  • • As an Account Manager in Livorno, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Deliveroo’s presence in the Italian market by serving as a strategic consultant to top restaurant brands, directly influencing revenue growth and partner satisfaction through data-driven insights and commercial leadership.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners as your primary point of contact, analysing performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities, negotiating contract terms to enhance financial outcomes and consumer value, developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share and loyalty, and overseeing portfolio-level P&L to mitigate risks and unlock new revenue streams.
  • • You will join a passionate, dynamic Italian Account Management team that collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver premium consultancy services, operating within Deliveroo’s broader Commercial organisation that shapes marketplace strategy for restaurants, grocers, and emerging verticals globally.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in commercial negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic account planning while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions have a visible impact on customers, partners, and riders across the three-sided marketplace.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • • Strong financial acumen, including hands-on experience managing P&L and applying financial data to drive commercial decisions.
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply chain quality.
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools and project management platforms to maintain operational excellence and guide best practices.
  • • Solid understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food service sector; professional fluency in English is a significant advantage.
